As a first time mom, it can be overwhelming trying to find the right show for your child that checks off all the boxes; engaging, educational, and most importantly low-stimulating. Here are some of my favorites that my family love to watch and explanations (with research to support) as to why!

I've found that most of the shows and movies like these that I grew up with (early Gen z) are the best in terms of being educational and entertaining without being super overstimulating. my daughter has been obsessed with the Wiggles and Little Bear as of late lol
